Suggestions for improvement
- Improve salaries to be competitive.
Administrations are very selective of who gets raises. They don't believe in merits BUT who can put them in power longer
No structure. Management is minimal until JACOH or OSHA visits and then that's when management starts picking up. Otherwise, there is no structure.
Workload is HEAVY. CNA and Nurse to patient ratio is insanely high. CNA's are required to unit hop and admit new admissions to other units. CNA to sitter case patients are 1:4.
