Suggestions for improvement
- Better distribution of work assignments. Clarity about who is to do said task and sticking to that instead of changing it half way thru. Clear cut directions and staff messages. Accepting responsibilities for actions. Consideration for employees needing time off without making them feel guilty about taking time off. Clear cut work contracts and job descriptions, including what amount of time and days off are allowed.
What I like about the company
The team work and camaraderie of the loyal caring employees. Keeping things running despite circumstances with a smile on our faces.
What I dislike about the company
Procedures changing constantly (one day it's right, next day it's not).
Disregard for suggestions (even when asked for them) Asking employees to give more than is reasonable without considerable compensation. Questioning employees about what they do. Distrust. Disrespect. Patronizing. Ambiguous. Expected to be a mind reader. Unclear directions.
