No benefits packages nor assurances offered by the company, their strategy is to hire on contract basis even though employees are working full time basis.
what the company promotes is totally different from their business relationships towards its employees.
Definetly no job security or stability, management can w& will fire at will and that's why their hiring practices is all based on contracts with many clauses protecting the company.
