The standards of sales tactics are loose and open for manipulation by the people at the front desk. While it is an all round decent company to work for, they really put no limits on how their employees cunduct themselves during a sale. I ended up quiting due to the fact that I was not on the same page with their standard business stratagy. I felt that here was very little sense of morality, integrity or compassion amongst (most) of my coworkers and I could no longer be a part of an organization that didn't have strick rules of conduct regarding the proper treatment of customers durine the sales process. I appreciate the good connections that I made and the money wasn't bad and most of my managers where wonderful, it just wasn't for me.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have people who have a sense of morality and sell the customer products based on education rather than coercion.
