Upper management always has moving goals month to month. Poor training. Poor leadership from the top. Company brings in unqualified candidates for middle management instead of promoting from with in.
Suggestions for improvement
- Look to promote from with in the company and mix positive feedback in from time to time to improve moral.
What I like about the company
The mid level to low level employees were generally friendly and caring individuals.
