Due to unattainable metrics, team work is rare. Every employee is out to be the best performer, at the expense of teamwork
Level of Autonomy
No say in structure, workloads are huge, rewards are rare.
Daily huddles to help with "lean" processing, just don't dare speak up, they don't like that.
