Support from Management
They don't mind discriminating against employees and claiming that they are exempt from federal discrimination laws.
Suggestions for improvement
- Follow the law and when an employee is discriminated against, do the right thing, don't lie and commit defamation.
What I like about the company
Loved the challenging environment and ability to help clients with their retirement.
What I dislike about the company
They discriminate and then lie and refuse to correct the mistake. It cost me my job.
