Good reputation, ethical, diverse.
Diversity here is a religion, this is not a meritocracy. Management trying to become a first rate asset manager by hiring third rate senior executives. Old paternal culture being replaced by typical rat race. Older employees not valued; sacrificed on altar of diversity and cost-cutting.
This company has a corrupt culture. Favoritism and unfair promotion practices is rampant.
Egocentric and unprofessional attitudes by many managers.
You can only move ahead if you are part of the "Circle of Trust".
Great working conditions until you stand up for what is right. Then it becomes a living hell.
