They said one thing and did another. You were not rewarded for hard work, it was very biased.
Support from Management
The supervisors do not back you up and play favorites.
The teamwork is great as long as it did not involve management.
Level of Autonomy
You are overloaded with work and it's hard to find the resources to help you when it is above your training.
Sometimes we were telling management about things that effected the company before they knew.
