The culture here appears to be a relaxed one at first blush. There are plenty of perks, and fun things here. Unfortunately that covers up a lot of issues with the culture here. This company is very much a "throw you into it and see if you swim" type place, with little training or direction from management.
Support from management
Management support here is not good at all. Managers expect a very short learning curve, and also tend to expect employees to have psychic powers and know just what they want. When you don't deliver it, get ready for a tongue-lashing.
Team members do a great job of working together and getting things done. This rating is a three because management does such an awful job of building the team and managing it.
Communication here is terrible. Managers expect employees to know things without being told, and management never really lays out what it wants.
People in positions of power here are generally those who have worked their way up from lower positions. That's not always a good thing. Some of these folks have no business managing anyone else.
Office / Work Environment
Again, a lot of glad-handing, out-for-oneself type of environment here from management.
Inclusive / Diverse
The workforce in this company is very diverse. Makes it all the more shocking that management acts the way they do.

- New management with new ideas. Too much of management is stuck in the past.

The management attitude here is terrible. Most managers see their employees as completely disposable and not worth the effort to properly train and mentor.
