Suggestions for improvement
- Better line of communication between the office and the fleet. Better benefits and better pay since it’s the boat workers who bring in the money, not the bean counters.
What I like about the company
Being on the water is peaceful, can be exciting during storms. There are many genuinely decent individuals who work with Tidewater.
What I dislike about the company
The communication from the office to the fleet is lacking in this industry. The direction the main office has taken the company was a bad choice. They put all their eggs in one basket, when they get rid of their different services such as rugs and crew boats.
