Support from management

Not very accessible, employees or there concerns are never a priority,talk the talk but does not walk the walk

Teamwork

Production workers/drivers work together fairly well but management is not very helpful....tend to put many of their responsibilities on others

Internal Communication

Very poor, in three years I came into contact with higher ups maybe five times,

This just doesn't exist

Overall compensation for your work

Salary is good, not always paid on time and there are no benefits what so ever

Office / Work Environment

Equipment is up to date and well maintained. Anything that is needed to complete tasks can be purchased with a company card. There is no office or even a building with a restroom

Work-Life Balance

There is no work life balance, there is a set amount of hours that is required as well as at least five days. Employees are allowed to switch off days but they prefer three days notice. If you fall short even five minutes of those set hours they consider this paid time off(even though your a salaried employee). They say you can have vacation but will not tell you at what rate it's earned there are no sick or personal time

After working for a short time you realize that this is just a place to get a good weekly pay check

Job Security

There is no security if you rock the boat or ask to many questions you will be replaced, they will make a readon

Workplace Safety

There is very little training...very poor

Inclusive / Diverse

It's their way or know way...very rare that they take advice or feedback and apply it

  • Listen to the people that are in the field performing the work

What I like about the company

They provide a decent salary with the potential to make weekly bonuses

What I dislike about the company

Extreme lack of communication as well as no employee empathy
