Poor leadership all around.
Local branch only produced two promotions in more than seven years.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees like they matter. Better instruct management on how to develop talent. Employees don't leave their company, they leave their manager.
What I like about the company
They hired good people, and the ones that stay are great to associate with. Great teamwork.
What I dislike about the company
Poor management from store level on up. The director couldn't develop talent within. Very discouraging work environment. Company was not in touch with it's customer base and unable to reel in new clientele with poor direction, and lack of support for their lower level employees. And if you have a disability or needed time off you are shut out from advancement.
