Its a Talent Mill. Inflated Ego's account for 50% of the Faults in the Company's management scheme. many managers, directors and Team leads are former Production employees that survived the efficiency culling every 3 months

Lack of effective management training is a HUGE problem with the leaders in the company.
No, not even close. Tiffanys aims to keep a 93% efficiency rateing in all departments regardless of the situation. Deliverable deadline Trump reason every time. Wasted effort is poured over problems till its gone.
Freedom to work independently
If you arent asking for details you're not getting them. the company requires you to be our own assistant.
Men seem to be constantly given machining jobs that require physical repetition while women seem to be drawn into QA/Detail work.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There are plenty of Logical, level headed master of trade in this company. They have amazing advice to give but are constantly cut off for a bottomline.I have seen enough leave, to know that Tiffanys does not want Quality. it wants to "pass" every part on "just good enough"
Form the manufacturing floor, you may get to be a team lead and then maybe even a floor manager before they axe you when they inevitably pile too much work without training the person on how to handle that workload because there was no formal training.
Overall compensation for your work
They start high for entry level but that is about it.
Office / Work Environment
Despite constant emails and meetings, almost no progress is made on problems until 1 person is pegged to gather all the data to trace problems anyway.
If you saw the waste that jewelry products you would weep for mother earth. it was only in the last 10 years Tiffanys stopped buying diamonds from unethical sources. Platinum mining continues to tear the planet for what would better serve future electronics.
Doubling down on talent mill. If you as an individual improve a process. the whole team now has to copy that method and produce that number regardless. employees that cant keep up are let go, only enough are kept to train the next circuit of Fresh hires which spend 10hours of their 8 hour work day pouring into work with impossible deadlines.

They hire Temps to cushion the Production floor and then pick talent to move to a permanent position until you become a specailst in something or are let go. Tiffanys production has a long history of let employees go with no notice. 2 weeks paid. forward which is cool. But they will blacklist you if you do that to them.
If this wasn't the Law I'm sure they would work around it.
The only thing you're trained in cause OSHA fines them all the time.
Jewelry is enough of a challenge without the teams of QA using the word "aesthetic" to describe how to improve your piece.
