There is no teamwork, everyone is trying to "survive" by themselves.
Level of Autonomy
No autonomy, everybody have to notify boss for everything.
They do not believe in employee development, they don't knows what that means.
They pay you for 40 hours per week and they expect that you work 60 doing additional not related tasks.
