Suggestions for improvement
- Communication, especially between departments, departments on always for together well or take in to account now their work will affect another department
Leadership from some individuals was great. Others not so much. Hit or miss. Sometimes very poor communication. Many times I experienced leadership telling me what I wanted to hear but no action to back it up.
Most of the teams I worked with were great. Very few employees over the course of 6 years wouldn't pull their own weight.
