Suggestions for improvement
- How about on call employees? How about hiring employees that want to work. Use a zero tolerance for no call no shows. Or employees that call off 1-2 times a week
Upper management is not good about helping you become a better manager.
It can be difficult, many team members do not want to work as a team
Most times we work short handed.
I am told to make money
The very few men do make more money.
The longer you are employed the more they want to get rid of you. Prefers to hire minors.
