Freedom to work independently
some managers are hands off manageing style
does not communicate changes to jobs
doe not let you leave to take care of children
very easy light work
Suggestions for improvement
- Get input from every worker ideas on a policies. Having the director be friendly with all workers not just the upper management.
What I like about the company
feels like working at one time as a big happy family enviroment.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management being a toxic enivorment and passing down policies without taking input from the lower workers.
