Timberline Lodge & ski resort experience report

  • 13.Dec 2017
  • Employee

I love my employer, work environment, co-workers. Pay is far too low and communication is lacking.

Suggestions for improvement

  • The wellness committee needs to get paid when they meet and coordinate events. The cafeteria could offer less fatty and carbohydrate loaded meal options for employee lunches. Bonus system should be for everyone in the company, not just select management and it would be based on a pay percentage.

What I like about the company

Great discounts are available to us, free snowboard pass, fun people to be around.

What I dislike about the company

Don't always agree with lack of action with employees who need discipline, wish some holidays were paid, wish we had sick leave instead of PTO.
