The employees do not speak kindly of the company.

The sense and pride would be great if the family management would acknowledge that you have done a good job.

Business goals are never expressed to the employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- They have no sales and marketing plan. As an employee, they expect you to figure out how to improve sales. There is no business plan to speak of either.When they are asked what these plans are, they really have no response.

A small family owned business used as a piggy bank. Family members are grossly overpaid at the expense of the employees.
White technicians receive $.38 for milage reimbursement. Mexicans get $.28.
