Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the people that are set in their ways, and bring in new hires that are willing to do more outside of the box thinking.
What I like about the company
My most positive personal experience happens with the people that I work for. The company itself has shown numerous times that until you get rid of the headaches that plague this company, we will always be in a spot.
What I dislike about the company
The fact that this company does not work together within itself due to people not liking each other.
