People were generally really cool and glad to be there, but also extremely dragged down by being overworked. A lot of worn out folks, stressed out trying to do an impossible amount of tasks.
Support from management
This changed overtime and with management changes. There was some pretty good support there, but at times it could be lacking.
Freedom to work independently
I worked almost completely remotely, which I loved.
They were great about spotlighting achievements.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There weren't a lot of over-45ers there, but any that were seemed to be able to fit in with everyone else. It is a very young culture, though.

What I like about the company
For the most part, the people I worked with were so cool—overworked, yes, but so friendly, caring and supportive. Management went out of their way to recognize hard work among the employees, which I always thought was a nice touch. The job was exciting
What I dislike about the company
There was a general lack of support. I felt like I was out on my own most of the time. Management seemed to constantly change direction, which meant we'd be heaped with a whole other pile of tasks. It's like they didn't realize or appreciate the immensity
