They do not care about the customer, just sales. No matter how you get them.

No support at all, you are given a table a laptop and told make sales without any training. you only rely on a 3 day training they provide and expect 20+ sales every week.
No team work at all, it is every man for himself.
Level of Autonomy
You are treated like an adult and a baby at the same time. threaths of getting fired for not being at your table even though you are encourage to walk the store and make sales.
