Suggestions for improvement
- they could make customer service and care more of a priority
Profit first, customers last.
They don't care what their employees say or think.
Incentive program guts any teamwork that existed.
Terribly distributed work load. No say so with this company.
There is none.
One word, nepotism.
Absolutely not, they will hire new people off the street before promoting from within.
