Overall, good at communication but there is still room for improvement.
Of course, a cable company is always seen as a villain, so image is not everything.

- Improve the infrastructure of service (Head End).

The people are friendly,helpful, polite, and always say "hi" in the hallway
I dislike about the employer
A big, publicly traded company is always difficult to work with. For example, they do not have temporary badges, to do so would too complex and difficult for the call center.
