Suggestions for improvement
- I think they need to keep improving their culture and keep that a main priority along with updating all old programs that we use. I also think that there should be one set of rules for time off and how it gets used. It should not be up to the manager's discretion.
What I like about the company
Company events are a plus. We have a summer BBQ and offsite Christmas party. We also have quarterly offsite company wide meetings with food and drinks afterward. New management is great. They encourage feedback and suggestions and take almost all of them into consideration.
What I dislike about the company
Management is basically allowed to have their own rules about how time off is used and who can work remote/who can't. There's not an across the board handbook that applies to everyone. Sometimes it feels as if management plays favorites and picks and chooses things based on their personal mood for the day. Not all managers are like that, but, there are a handful and it makes some employees resentful.
