Suggestions for improvement

  • It's not a fraternity/ sorority. In the age of digital and social media you cannot stick to nepotism and hope to be rewarded for it. HR needs to step up and look at reasons for turnover. If every productive employee un a certain group quits in a year/2 look into quality of supervisors.

What I like about the company

Once in a while they make a mistake and hire good managers- those managers then build good teams.

Nepotism is rank.

If your are in the clique or a nepotism hire it's a great environment all others are neglected.

Support from management

Management tends to be missing most of the time then jumps in to take credit when all hard work done.

They only develop a select few in the MBA program or those that work at HQ

  • Treat your employees better. Offer everyone the same opportunities to grow. Understand that your best asset is your staff as you are a service company. Don't just say it, live it.

What I like about the company

They stay updated on technology, midtown location, challenging work, allowed employees a lot of freedom once established trust. Great Name in RE industry.

What I dislike about the company

The cliquey environment made you feel like a high school kid. Upper Managers not really qualified for their positions. Human Resources is toxic. When you go to HR about something you might as well pack your bags.
