Support from management
Don't count on managers to support you. You are on your own. "Shoot the messenger" is the most common tactic.
Teamwork although present in some regards will eventually lead to scapegoating one of your team mates.
Freedom to work independently
Honesty regarding other aspects of day to day activities takes away from any freedom to work independently.
No accountability regarding communication from project leaders
Sexual harassment is commonplace and if an executive steps out of line the victim will reap the consequences.
Attitude towards older colleagues
If you are experienced and know what you are doing you will be shunned.
Career Development opportunities do exist and are offered.
Overall compensation for your work
They pay a lot to put up with a lot.
Office / Work Environment
Office space is well kept.
The office I worked in did not have a recycling program.
Worklife balance is very tongue in cheek. Honesty regarding other aspects of day to day activities takes away from any work-life balance opportunities.
In the market that I served in they where unknown.
Nothing they say regarding your employment duration will remain true.
A individual could have a handicap could have worked in my office.
Workplace safety complaints are ignored. New employees tend to leave when safety hazards are discovered because they don't trust management to address the issue.
Management will not communicate with you. It is extremely challenging.
Inclusive / Diverse
Racism from the Owensboro, KY office is prescient to the point of xenophobia.

- Eliminate all the bonuses tied to executives and the sale of the company.
