Suggestions for improvement
- The groups that hold too much sweat company need to be broken up. Individual contributors need to be recognized. Management is to focus on ITI L. The company has a lot of merit but it's holding itself back.
I like about the employer
Tivo is a solid company a lot of good people.
I dislike about the employer
Tivo suffers from a lot of internal cliques. There were people inside of the organization that hold a lot more sway than they should.
