I agree. A company's culture is a representation of how well a company is designed and how well its running and how well it will do in the future.

Yes. Their is alot of confidence placed in our employees. Alot of trust that they will do a great job.

I think women are always treated fairly. If there are men working.at TJX they may get treated differently.
