Suggestions for improvement
- There are lists of work instructions implemented for each type of position within the company. There are several occasions that these work instructions are not implemented. People try to do whatever they can to get around the work instructions until an audit comes around. Also, I'd like to see people own up to their mistakes or imperfections rather than placing the blame on others. I would also like to see more straightforward management and less social clicks within the company. HR needs to be more objective and the hard workers of the company need to be recognized better.
What I like about the company
There are a select few employees that will stand up for you and have your back. Work hours are flexible depending on the department you work for. There are opportunities for cross training if you seek that as well.
What I dislike about the company
High management is very prideful and stubborn and unwilling to listen to the workers. They are quick to lay blame on everyone else rather than sit back and reflect when their designs fail testing. Another huge problem is that when there is an issue, nothing is ever really solved properly. Passive aggressive and non-confrontational methods are the only methods used to "address"" issues. Finally, the employees (usually contracted) that are hard workers are often taken advantage of and stretched to work multiple positions with little reward for their hard work. There is a relatively high turnover rate for employees."
