Very little support
Everyone is overworked and negative when asked for help
Not much communication
No room for growth. They only want temps to avoid paying benefits.
Revolving door of people. Most don't last two weeks!

Negative work environment,
Revolving door of employees in all departments. " A people Mill". Sort of like a puppy mill!
Non stop rapid calls, no time to follow up on issues. 75+ calls and at least that many emails a day.
With no guidance and little training you will be on your own. Good luck getting help, everyone negative and overworked!
Inclusive / Diverse
A lot of pass the buck and blame others.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire quality employees not temps at minimum wage. Be open to new suggestions to improve customer service.
What I like about the company
Nothing. Most employees can't wait to punch out at the end of the day.
