We were a family. We had some ups and downs but that is life.
Support from management
Yes they do.
Everyone worked together. You did have rebels sometimes.
Freedom to work independently
You are depended on.
Sometimes communication was last minute from Corporate but not in center.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Educational benefits are available but hard to navigate. They are full of stipulations and creatively withheld.
Overall compensation for your work
You are paid well.
Office / Work Environment
Teachers deserve ergonomically correct work surfaces for paperwork and access to computers/internet for all classrooms.
For the most part.
As long as they have Migrant Head Start funding, there is a job!
Safety and health regulations strictly adhered too. They follow the strictest regulations from several entities.
Inclusive / Diverse
To the best of their ability.
Suggestions for improvement
- Let people know asap about dates of trainings, openings, closings, trips, etc. Along with details of what is happening.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed working there. They were family.
What I dislike about the company
I was led to an administrative position after receiving my B.A. with our being told that if I did I would not be reimbursed for any of my degree.
