Suggestions for improvement
- New leadership needs to come in with specific competencies to run the business.
- Company needs to be employee centric and establish loyalty with its employees.
I like about the employer
It used to be a great company to work for. Great culture and team work with leadership at that time.
I dislike about the employer
As leadership left the company they have been replaced by individuals that don't know how to run the business. The culture has become very elitist, and self-serving. Things get swept under the rug when they don't want to deal with it or don't know how to deal with it.
