Company culture is in need of a major overhaul. Many managers and above have NO business being at that mgmt level. They have no interpersonal skills and treat people unfairly and unprofessionally
The people you work with are for the most part nice and helpful. The people you work FOR are inconsiderate, inappropriate and only out for themselves
Freedom to work independently
You will be worked like a dog and if you dare complain you will be made to feel like you will be let go at any moment. Some people are worked with mgmts foot on their neck and others are doing the bare minimum and that's fine.

Office / Work Environment
IT has a motto - churn and burn. They use people until they are completely burnt out and then just let them go or they leave on their own accord and all mgmt says is....churn and burn. Average life span is about 3-4 years. Sad.
Many departments do not allow for work-life balance. Several departments have mandatory on call. It makes zero difference to the. If you were up all night with issues - they fully expect you to be I. At your scheduled time the next morning and crank out as much as they think you should. Remember- on call working insane hours for zero money. These positions are salaried and they do not give you time to use later, money, nothing

- Take a look at the work load of people and compensate accordingly. Allow for work-life balance. Pay better
What I like about the company
Before they had far too many layers of management TMG was a great place to work. Now there are far too many chiefs giving differing direction to the same employees
What I dislike about the company
The culture is childish. Too many people in mgmt positions that have no business being a manager. Click-ish. Very high school like atmosphere. Everyone making rumors
