Leadership is there only when there is trouble. Quick to judge middle management without providing any sort of guidance.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make rules known to all, and hold everybody to the same set of rules. Employee handbook should be given to people, and rules should not be made up on the fly.
I like about the employer
Nice people, caring about life/work balance.
I dislike about the employer
Rules were not the same for everybody. Favorites were certainly known and were not held to same standards as others.
