Overall compensation for your work
Very few raises. Bonuses taken away with new ownership.
Suggestions for improvement
- Quit downsizing for bigger profits. To much workload on training employees.
What I like about the company
Never a dull moment. Challenging work, cam really make a difference in patient's lives.
What I dislike about the company
To many ownership changes results in many reduction in force changes. Remaining employees have to pick up the slack with no good increases in years. Not very good benefits considering we are a "health/pharmaceutical" marketing business.
