This company only cares about numbers & their bonuses.
Support from Management
Members of management are hardly around to assist reps. They pass the buck alot to team leads, who aren't knowledgeable about the programs themselves.
Supervisors keep up more gossip, tension, & separation of reps than anybody. They don't follow the handbook themselves.
Level of Autonomy
Reps aren't thoroughly trained. Management constantly cuts training in half in order to hurry to get reps on the phone to take calls
