Company "always" focused on missed goals, incomplete tasks, never saw any positive. The only emails were to point out the negatives.
Support from Management
The upper (executive) management team yell and curse at subordinate employees and offer no supportive, corrective instruction or training.
Again the upper management team isolate and talk down to subordinate employees.
Level of Autonomy
Things to do were outlined in email or conference call by superiors with out any input from employees.
