My district manager "was never trained on the new system" so I always had to ask my peers how to do certain tasks that were above the normal day-to-day operations.
There were others at the same level as me who were willing to help but most of them never had time because they were running their own store.
Suggestions for improvement
- Create a collections division to aid with severely past due customers. Give the staff needed to produce new loans. Loosen the grip around your employees' necks so that they can perform.
