few older workers remain, some let go others just seemed to tire of it and leave. The culture of the parent company in Japan is evident in the retention of very few older workers.
seeing layoffs and let-goes made us all wonder how long we would have work/ not good for home life

- Find a new president who understands the company, it's past and can manage it's people and processes.
What I like about the company
TOK could be a good company again, it is within their grasp.

The persons who could improve TOK America don't have the ability to do so (the head of the snake is too small)
