The atmosphere here is really bad, it all boils down to the same thing, the parts you were given are 80% bad hasn't broken or not working. You are left with telling the supervisor or manager at the location that you will return with working parts. Tolt Service Group also advises you to lie to the customer. You end up returning to the site more than 3 times to fix a simple issue.
