- More sales on products, retirement acknowledgement, anniversary acknowledgement,
Only support you receive from management is work faster when you ask for help
Nothing is communicated of importance to team.
Younger people can do there jobs cheaper
They regularly expect you to preform work of others and management with out management pay
Employees throughout the company are lied to regularly. They either take it, because they need a job, or walk away. Public view, as a place to work, is very negative.
After 40 years in the business, incompetent District Manager announced with false-pride that if anyone needs help reading a Profit & Loss statement (very basic, widely used business report) that they should call the Operations Manager, because the DM has no idea how to read the report. The DM is abusive and abrasive to Managers, but has been best friends with his boss for 25 years, so he is allowed to treat people badly and be Incompetent with no worries about losing his job. After a major hurricane hit, the Operations Manager cancelled everyone's scheduled vacations, then he left on a vacation, when he was needed most! What kind of leadership is that?!
