Suggestions for improvement
- Higher stipends for specialized teachers.
I love interacting with the students. The woman who is kind of my boss is great and does an excellent job of supporting me. I get to make my own hours and decide which jobs I do and don’t want to take. If I were a single person this job is a great place to get access to health care rather inexpensively.
You can be randomly let go and
Not be allowed back. And not even for intelligent reasons. The administration is more interested in the feelings of the students and parents than in backing up teachers who sometimes have to take a stand. There doesn’t seem to be mentoring for new teachers who can be unsure of what is expected of them. For an good school is shocking how much turnover there is.
