Micromanagement and lack of direction. Nepotism is common for certain employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Quit favoritism of certain employees and create an equal environment. Work on ethics, there is an atmosphere that only the managements toys matter.

Don't deliver on promises. The work that I was told I could bid and prepared bids for only to be told they were not bidding thus stopping you from hitting bonus.
