Work-Life Balance

Managers are regular required to work over 60 hrs a week, with no pay under penalty of loosing their Jobs. DO schedules conference calls on Managers days off and requires them to attend.

None, very leadership employee is out for themselves.

Support from management

None.

Internal Communication

The DO for VA market lacks all communication skills. He will regular give vague directions and later deny his conversation in order to lay blame on his subordinates.

What I like

Summer hours, leaving work early on Fridays at 2pm was a great freedom. Bosses we're helpful and understanding when difficult situations appeared.

What I dislike

Pay was a little lacking but as an intern it was plenty. Newer software and troubleshooting.

Suggestions for improvement

Updating remote assistance software would allow for easier troubleshooting.
