Weak in enforcing appropriate behavior from certain "A" list guests.
Suggestions for improvement
- Implement real policies that are legally and compassionately sound with respect to controlling and managing customers. Implement more training of the security staff with respect to "use of force" or forcibly removing a guest; the proper handling of an overly intoxicated guest; premise liability issues; and, a heightened sense of better and more professional customer service toward the public in general.
