Support from management
You only hear from management when you are in trouble.
They do not work in teams.
Freedom to work independently
Nearly all sites are just one officer by themselves.
If you are ever called it is for one favor after another.
you are all equally forgotten about.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older colleagues can be very kind and helpful, when they actually get to meet others.
There are no prospects for moving up and they will not help you either.
Overall compensation for your work
pay is not competitive at all.
Office / Work Environment
Average jobsite equipment. All other equipment must be supplied by the officer.
They expect your life to be about they're company.
Not at all.
They have no qualms about creating a revolving door of employees.
Not always the nicest of areas.
I am always proud to complete every job I have ever tackled.
