Signed me up for a 2 year contract and had my service terminated early with zero cause to the company they had me working for, and refused to reassign me to a different company in which they had to do, but its ran by a sexist CEO
Support from management
Zero support from Top Tempo, there is no management so as soon as you mess up they are ready to let you go.
Zero teamwork because they aren't in the technical field, they don't know what technicians go through and have the sub company take the hit when you have a problem. The biggest one is the sub company New Flyer isn't your employer so they can only do so much.
Freedom to work independently
The whole point is to have you work independently and that is what I did when New Flyer needed me to go somewhere or handle a MTA depo if someone called out sick.
Horrible communication since they are in LA and I am in NY so everything was by email to get any type of approval
Office / Work Environment
Work environment is on the go, you will be on the move from depo to depo if the jobs are minimal
Depends how you handle yourself and present your work to the MTA
Contracts don't mean anything to them
No it is not because you will be on the go to various places
You have to comply with the MTA safety standards from the union or else you can't work
Wasn't challenging, very easy work if you know what you're doing and study.
