Suggestions for improvement
- Hire people when positions need to be filled. Stop waiting until people are ready to quit to help them out.
I like about the employer
A couple of the managers are easy to get along with and to talk to
I dislike about the employer
Not enough hours for the amount of work they expect you to do. The Top Managers do not listen to employees needs or care about their needs its all about making sales. I'm considered a part time employee with part time benefits working 35 hours a week. I sometimes work 11 days before a day off and have worked 24 of the past 28 days.
