Lack of employee involvement in decision making. Lack of adaptation. Unrealistic expectations.

Heavy workload, always behind, no say in structuring of own departments. Under staffed lack of hours. Stingy on overtime.
Had weekly meetings but instruction was unclear and confusing or impossible with resources available.
