Outsourced all over the world does not make for a solid and empowering company.
Support from management
Ownership is a man who doesn't pay employees for their work or sales. I have texts where the assistant of the owner told me he owes for pay for a lot of the employees. Then fired a lot half of them.
Owner insisted on keeping outsourced workers who couldn't communicate with clients.
Freedom to work independently
Always an excuse as to why clients were not receiving products they purchased.
Training was very little. Yet expected production and never gave positive feedback.
He paid his outsourced management but didn't care about others and they were most men and one woman.
Attitude towards older colleagues
None of these were applicable or offered and when an employer tried to do more than the minimum it was not compensated or even appreciated or recognized. Ever!
Overall compensation for your work
No benefits, bonuses not paid as agreed in writing, and chargebacks to sales reps were taken out of commissions when service or product was not delivered by service department.
Office / Work Environment
Worked from home.
Owner has no family and expected everyone to work 12 hour days 7 days a week. Even holidays. No benefits, bonuses were cheated out of, and lies were commonplace.
Only if sales were made, and reps were unappreciated and underpaid.
I was proud of my production but customer service complaints became more demanding and time consuming than sales calls.
Inclusive / Diverse
No and usually ignored.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the owner. He does the total opposite of how a company should be operated.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
I was treated like an employee when I was an independent contractor, and cheated out of commissions. I received complaints on the internet about me personally by name when the company spammed emails with my name in them, and when products were not delivered I was blamed even though I was in sales!
